The lower level of the house is another interconnected autonomous apartment, with its own contemporary and fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living area with a bar, 2 double en-suite bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds that can be turned into a double bed), 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and 1 WC.
