Another brand new, stone-built residence, embraced by olive groves and overlooking the Navarino Bay and the Gialova Lagoon, just opened its doors to host unique greek-holiday experiences. In this state-of-the-art construction, guests will enjoy two levels of amazing aesthetics, beautiful natural materials and natural colors, in perfect accordance with the surrounding environment. The entrance is on the ground floor and comprises the fully equipped, ultra-modern kitchen, a large dining area and a big living room, surrounded by panoramic glass panels to allow view over the terrace, the pool and the sea beyond.
The main bedroom and another double bedroom are also on this floor, both with en-suite bathrooms with an added bathtub for the main bedroom. The 180cm wide box-spring beds are custom made for this villa and can be either separated into twin beds or made as a double bed with a 5 cm topper.
Going downstairs to the lower garden level, one can find 3 more bedrooms (all en-suite) and an extra bathroom. In two of these bedrooms, the beds can be either made as 2 singles or one double. The third room on the lower floor has a double sofa bed (180cm wide) and can also be used as an office.
The outdoor spaces, so ideally built to mimic the surroundings, include two covered terraces, one with a dining table for 10 persons and one with a modern sofa for comfortable outdoor lounging! The front patio area has loungers for sunbathing around the pool and its fantastic views of both the bay and the lagoon, while the pool can also be heated.
