Villa Aristotle is located in one of the most popular and upper-class settlements of the area, called Costa, and very close to the small port with the typical boat taxis taking people to and from the island of Spetses. It is built on three levels: the upper level, where the main entrance is, comprising a spacious sitting and dining area with an energy saving fireplace, an open plan and fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom, as well as an office with its ergonomic double bed. A few steps downwards, guests can reach the ground floor or pool level, featuring 1 VIP en suite bedroom, 1 double en suite bedroom and 2 double bedrooms (twin beds) with shared bathroom. On the same level there is also a small kitchen and a direct access to the swimming pool. One level downwards, guests will find 2 independent and autonomous guest houses. The first one is a Junior Suite with a double bed, bathroom, living – dining room and a small kitchen, as well as another access to the garden. The second is an Executive two-spaced house, suited with a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living – dining room, connected with a single bedroom with bathroom for the staff or for a babysitter. With a stunning view to Spetses and a beautiful natural landscape, Villa Aristotle has the right features to keep its guests happy even after long hours outdoors; an ultra-modern swimming pool overlooking a beautiful scenery of greenery and sea, sunbeds and parasols for relaxing hours under the sun, a pergola providing shade to the dining area and the BBQ, everything is there to make sure no guests will want to leave these spaces earlier than very late.
