The property consists of two independent villas, both of which feature an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with direct connection to the living and the dining area with the inviting fireplace and the relaxing furniture and decoration. The open wooden roof painted in white, adds light and warmth to the space, while the glass panels allow direct view to the ocean. There are also 8 bedrooms in total, namely 4 bedrooms with twin beds, 1 queen size bedroom, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 futons (1 bedroom accessed by an open staircase). Two of the bedrooms in the one villa have their en-suite bathrooms and also a shared bathroom and a WC, whereas the other villa has only one en-suite bathroom and 2 shared bathrooms. The outdoor spaces are shared by both villas and include a big, beautifully shaped swimming pool with an amazing view to the ocean, sunbeds and a covered dining area for enjoyable al fresco meals, while there are also green areas with beautiful flowers and plants, giving the right touches of color to the beautiful scenery, perfectly accented by the great shifts of natural light towards the sunset, thanks to its south-west orientation.
